7.0“Cheap and cheerful”
+Friendly welcome waiting for us. Room was clean with big bathroom. Beds were comfy. Breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee and microwave in communal area. Location was very quiet and near central Blackpool. Good value for money at £65 a night for 3 of us
−Street looked uncared for with some boarded up properties and lots of litter.

7.0“A cheap and cheerful stay. The bed was really comfy and we had a great night’s sleep. We went to a gig so it was perfect”
+Fantastic, friendly host who made us feel welcome. Great location and within walking distance of the Winter Garden. The beds were really comfy and the rooms were spacious and even including an area to sit.
−The hot water wasn’t working so we couldn’t have a shower the day after our stay. We drove straight home so it wasn’t too much of an issue and it didn’t spoil the stay.

3.0“We didn’t stay, we picked up our bags at around 7.30 pm and went home”
−Very old fashioned and dingy. Didnt look anything like the photos. Looked dirty and had a funky smell. We found a bag of food in our wardrobe.

6.0“Know to avoid for next time, not good for young children, families”
+We liked the fact our room was a double and a single joined together to make a family room, so we had 2 bathrooms but we travelled with a 4 month old so the single bed went to waste but we had to include her in the booking,
−we had a pram and was given the top floor room which included more than 3 flights of steps to get up and down, steep ones too as its just an old house converted into a self running hotel, the bathroom plumbing smelled bad, windowsills were thick with dust and dead insects. In the lobby area the board was filled with "house rules" they don't offer breakfast or any kind of meals which we expected but you werent allowed to bring food in either. There was a cereal dispenser in the communal area with stale cornflakes and coco pops in but no milk, we saw no staff the entire stay but rhe manager Sam tried to ring/contact me a few times but when I tried to contact back I heard nothing. We were glad it was just for 1 night and we will be avoiding in the future. Cost me £70+ for 1 night, I'm not picky but when the kettle has mold floating ontop of the water, I won't stay quiet, if the other hotels weren't all fully booked or even if we drove we wouldn't have even stayed the night, left early in the morning way before check in

1.0“NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO THE DESCRIPTION”
+Nothing
−The fact that this 'hotel' advertises a family room is a joke. There was a room that sleeps 4 people but there was no way on earth that I was going to let my family stay there for one single night. We walked in , saw the place, and walked out
