“Terrible experience in a 1 star B&B, but paid the same as for a 5star hotel!!!!”

−Everything! We made a last minute booking as flights were not departing from Taormina and we had to get to Palermo to get our flight from there. We booked a luxury double room, but got a room in a new built on the property. The owner told us that he was fully booked, but will give us a special room and we could use the pool for free. I've never heard of people paying to use a pool at a B&B. He also told us that he is planning to add a kitchen on the lower level. The room had no kettle or coffee machine, plastic cups, the price tag still on the bedside table, clean, but old towels, 1 pillow each and no extra pillows or blankets, no soundproofing in the room and NO HOT WATER to shower until I asked for it. He told me that someone must have turned it off??? It came on 1 hour later, but I could not wait, so had a cold shower, as we had to get to bed early to leave for the airport at 5am the next morning. I told him that it was not the room that we booked and we paid the same, Euro350 as for the 5star hotels we stayed in Sicily. I told him to refund us 50%, as he gave us a terrible room. He said he would refund us, but I had to cancel the booking on Booking.com, otherwise he would have

“Perfect spot for easy airport access.”
+Great location 10 minutes from airport and easy walk to a square with restaurants. Calogero provided us a ride to the airport - even at 4:00 am!

“Formidable!!”
+Beautiful property, pristine in terms of cleanliness. The beds were so comfortable. It felt like such a relaxing and elegant stay. Our hosts were amazing. They exceeded or expectation in terms of customer service, making sure we're taken care of from the airport (which by the way, it's very close and convenient). They provided amazing suggestions for dining, with additional discounts :). I would highly highly recommend this property for your next visit to Palermo, Cinisi-Terraccini.
−We loved everything!!

“Struttura ideale.”
+Struttura già utilizzata anche a giugno 2026. Disponibilità e cortesia da parte dei proprietari. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Colazione ottima. Posizione ottima, a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, ideale se arrivi tardi di sera o se devi partire presto di mattina. Consigliata la visita al centro storico di Terrasini, molto grazioso.
