+The staff was great, and the decoration was really nice. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The property also has a great location, close to the water and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants and bars.
−We returned at 6:30 p.m. after being out since 11 a.m. to find our room had not been cleaned, despite leaving the cleaning sign on the door. The front desk closes after midnight, and guests are supposed to call an emergency phone number if they need assistance after hours - the only phone number provided to us was either not the emergency contact number or was not being answered. We parked our car in the garage recommended by the hotel, which was supposed to be open 24 hours. We needed to leave for the airport at 4:30 a.m., but found the parking garage closed and were unable to reach the hotel. We were seriously considered calling the police to gain access to our car until someone finally showed up after approximately 20 minutes.

+Great place with very friendly people. We were close to restaurants and other attractions.
−It was a little confusing when we first got there because they had several properties. Once we got in touch with someone, they went above and beyond to accomodate!!

“Would stay again”
+The staff are so welcoming, the space is clean and tidy and the location is perfect.
−The view, the water pressure in the shower and the consistent tripped breaker (happened at least once a day).

“Esperienza pessima! Prezzi esagerati e servizi inaccettabili.”
−Esperienza pessima! Prezzi esagerati e servizi inaccettabili. Soggiorno a dir poco VERGOGNOSO. Assurdo e documentato dalle foto! PULIZIA INACCETTABILE: abbiamo trovato uno SCARAFAGGIO in bagno!
