“I was there because had a long day at the hospital. It was the only room available at cost-effective”
+Well, it was a last-minute room. It was very difficult getting information, the emails were not specific. They were very confusing speaking with the person on the phone was very confusing. I was not the only one that was having issues. There were other people checking in that night that were having issues. It was not a good trip there I was only thankful that I got a room at such short notice.
−I didn’t like the way of checking in there should be a person there to help you get into your room, not through phone calls, and the WhatsApp application

“Great locality to the town.”
+The booking, the location and entry were all absolutely fine and easy. Parking was fine also. Proximity to Pisa on foot was amazing.
−Ubfirtunately I felt the mattress was old and the mosquitos were everywhere inside the accommodation.

+La zona è molto tranquilla. Il check-in è stato rapito e molto semplice ed il checkout idem.
−La stanza ahimè un po sporca poi il bagno piccolissimo con doccia con tenda e bidet proprio davanti la doccia, la porta della cucina in comune attaccata al bagno, il lavandino che si ingorgava e minuscolo e poi tutto un po umido compreso letto e asciugamani sicuramente per l umidità. Inoltre riscaldamento inesistente e condizionatore che non funzionava. Mura sporche con varie zanzare uccise e mai ripulite. Peccato perché con un pizzico di attenzione in più per qualità prezzo sarebbe l ideale.

+Me gustó el ingreso autónomo, las instrucciones fueron claras y me encantó que tengan un espacio de autoservicio y alimentos para desayunar o prepararte una bebida caliente.
−No funcionaba el calefactor y nos dió frío durante la noche.

+Közel volt a Toronyhoz,ezen kívűl semmi.
−A kád körben penészes,a szobában 16fok volt,nem lehetett fűteni,volt egy terasz amire nem lehetett kimenni,zárva volt,az ajtót rázta a huzat,a türülközők nedvesek voltak. A tulajnak a legfontosabb az volt hogy a pénz a zsebében legyen...a vendég nem számít. Soha többet,nagy csalódás volt.

+Nem tudok kiemeléni egyet, jó volt összeségébe.
−Rengeteg lecsapott szúnyog tettem a falon. A reggeli....se egy felvágott se egy sajt ( csak kockasajt),előre csomagolt pék termékek( croissant, piskóta félesség, előre csomagolt pirítós, kekszek) Első nap nem tudtam inni kávét, a kisfiam meg kakaót, mert nem volt tej. Venni lehet automatából 50 centért, amivel nem lett volna gond, ha lett is volna az automatába. A tusolóba a zuhanyfej nagyon koszos volt, nem vízkő, hanem fekete nyálkas. A kulcsátvétel...kulcs boxba volt kihelyezve, whatsappon bejelenkezés után, ez kicsit jobban is ki lehetne plakátolni, mit hogyan kell, akár lépésről segíteni a vendégeket.

−Le stanze ed il bagno avrebbero bisogno di una manutenzione più approfondita come ad esempio specchio e scaldasalviette avevano parti di ruggine, basterebbe poco per rendere tutto più apprezzabile!

+Jest mało rzeczy które mi się podobały w tym hotelu
−Zaczynając od początku, dzielnica spokojna, wchodząc do pokoju widzimy warunki jak w szpitalu psychiatrycznym, grzyb, okropny zapach. W pokoju zimno, okna były nieszczelne, o ile można to nazwać oknami. Pomimo oferowanej klimatyzacji nie można było jej włączyć - dostałam informację że wszystkie okna muszą być zamknięte aby zadziała, okna były zamknięte a klimatyzacji jak nie było tak nie ma. Przechodząc do łazienki, chyba ,,najczystszą,, część tego pomieszczenia. Aczkolwiek również zostawia wiele do życzenia. Jak odpalicie wodę nie ważne czy w wannie czy w umywalce, a druga osoba leży na łóżku może usłyszeć tylko trzaskanie drzwiami, nie wiem od czego to zależy. Przejdźmy teraz do spokoju, ponieważ w tym miejscu go nie ma. Ściany chyba z kartonu, bo jak ludzie wychodzili na śniadanie to czułam się jakbym stała w miejscu publicznym. Jak ktoś mieszkał na górze to słychać było każdy możliwy krok tam postawiony. O ile w dzień to nie przeszkadzało, tak w nocy nie można było zasnąć. Właściciel również poprosił mnie o uiszczenie płatności za jakieś podatki, nie wiem czy to była próba wymuszenia czy zwykłe nieporozumienie, gdyż chyba jak osoba wystawia jakieś ogłoszenie, wie co jest pobier

“No volvería jamás”
−No hay leche en el desayuno, pero sí en una máquina para que lo pagues. No nos hicieron ni la cama y cero amabilidad cuando les preguntamos. Está muy lejos de la estación central que es la que más se utiliza. El colchón es pésimo
