+Location by the river and view from the room, comfortable bed, nice big shower, good towels, nice touch with free chocolates, water and mints.
−No TV in room was a surprise. Sliding door for bathroom not v private.

“Ok, but not suitable for the older generation do to access being difficult to negotiate stairway”
+Breakfast not included. access to room difficult (narrow wooden stairs) Advise they note no lift at this establishment
−We felt that we were not made welcome or offered any assistance with luggage. No where safe offered to leave luggage. Security was questionable between the downstairs working area and the public using the toilets on the same stairway. This is only constructive criticism not a moan.

“Excellent value for money in a small but comfortable hotel”
+The hotel is superbly located right on the bank of the River Meuse, about 15 minutes walk from the railway station and 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Our greeting on arrival was warm and friendly and our luggage was taken to our room by the staff. The room was very large and scrupulously clean with a comfortable, large double bed. The wash basin was also located in the room and there was an en suite, walk in shower and toilet seperated by a large, glass sliding door. The view from our bedroom was spectacular, looking down on the river and the view from the bathroom window looked along the river bank towards the town. The hotel has only three rooms and no reception as such but the atmosphere is very relaxed with access to the rooms via a code on a key pad, as is access to the hotel itself for very late arrivals. Although the hotel does not serve breakfast, there is an excellent restaurant serving wonderful local dishes. Value for money is excellent, even taking into account the comments below.
−I must stress that none of the following observations were a problem for us, as we'd done our research and read the small print but there are some aspects that people should be aware of. There is no lift, so acess to the rooms is by stairs only. There is no breakfast option but there are plenty of nearby cafes that serve breakfast to suit all tastes. The room has no hot-drink making facilities, although there is a communal room on the first floor that provides complimentary tea and coffee. Lastly, there is no air-conditioning but a tower fan is provided and both the bedroom and bathroom windows open fully for ventilation. None of the above is a criticism, just something to be aware of. Once again, excellent value for money!

“Buen alojamiento para pasar unos días en una parte tranquila de Bélgica”
+La habitación bastante grande y limpia, el baño era muy grande, el comedor era común pero no ha sido un problema. Había café, té y galletitas para desayunar. El comedor tiene unas vistas preciosas.
−Al comedor faltaban cosas como papel de cocina o cubiertos, pero esto ya son preferencias.
