+Everything was very clean and as described. The location is excellent and the hotel communication and responsiveness was excellent. I would recommend it to people who like the neighborhoods of Menilmontant and Belleville.

+The room was pretty nice and communication was very good. It was nice to have a mini kitchen, as well. The windows were a challenge to figure out- they open vertically and at the top- which we were not familiar with. Also, we never could quite figure out how to make sure we got hot water from the shower, as it was extremely finicky. Might have been an issue with other guests in the hotel and water heater size. We had a room on the 4th floor so the lift was helpful, but only big enough for 2 small people to fit. We were out most of the day, but noise from the sports bar down below remained loud till the wee hours even with the windows shut. The hotel was about a ten minute walk from all metro stations, and it was nice to get a more immersive experience of city life in Paris. Grocery, dining, and boulangerie were all reasonably close. We'd recommend to anyone wanting a true European experience.

“Bom com coisas a melhorar”
+Excelente localizacao. Apartamento moderno.

+The staff were great and there was very good communication. The neighborhood is really cool, the restaurant across the street was really nice and if you go up the hill there’s a good grocery store and boulangerie. The bar below is pretty loud into the night so bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise. We really liked the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Walking distance to a couple metro options.
