“A comfortable room for three people near the centre of Rome with air conditioning.”
+This is an affitta camere, by law they're not allowed to give breakfast in the room. There is however a kettle and a selection of teas and you can obviously bring your own materials. They also give you a ticket for breakfast at a bar/bakery nearby that was great. The location is excellent, near the metro and buses to the centre or Rome Termini. The air conditioning in the room we were in was more than adequate for the high temperatures outside while we were there.
−We had a couple of small problems that the owner did his best to rectify, which he did to our satisfaction. Due to people complaining about cleanliness they are maybe over compensating now. When we arrived in the evening the room smelled strongly of cleaning products. Opening the windows helped.

“Cheap place near city center.”
+The location is good, not far from the main attractions, you can easily walk to reach old city.
−The smell of cleaning stuff (chlorine) was very strong and the breakfast is poor, its only croissant and cappuccino.

“Pleasant”
+The position is incredible, and the room is big enough for two people. Very clean and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. A good plus is the air conditioning and some water that the host left for us when we arrived.
−The furniture was showing heavy signs of wear. The toilet was making a very loud noise every time we were opening the water. The pictures were not matching with the real conditions of the room, but overall the cleanliness of the place and the position made up for the bad aspects. I suggest the place for a night for sure.
