+Very dates rooms and the rooms posted on the booking dot site do not match what you get.
−The room was horrible. Shower did not work properly and not clean.

“Not worth the price by any means!”
+The location was great
−The bathtub did not drain, the shower head was faulty, the electrical outlets need some serious attention, the heat in the bedroom did not work and the front house staff needs a lot of customer service training. When we arrived, the only person at the front desk was on the phone for 10 minutes and did not even acknowledge us as we waited for her to finish her conversation.

“Great location & value”
+The location was great for walking around Santa Fe. A hot breakfast is included each AM; rooms have a fireplace & wood is provided; and they offer cookies in the afternoon. All in all a great deal.
−The bathrooms could use updating- they have started in on this project.

+What a lovely stay! Loved the friendly and helpful staff, our casita was comfortable, clean and absolutely charming. The location was perfect and just minutes from the plaza and with free parking, so easy to get to anywhere in the city. Also, the hot breakfast was a really nice touch.
−Nothing. If you are expecting lots of outlets by the bed for your electronics, you won't find that, but we have adapters that give us 4 usb connections and that worked for us.

“Delightful and convenient!”
+The staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the breakfast options and the gift shop on site. The location was fantastic!

+Good size room and bathroom, nice location, very clean, pleasant patio set up with a table, couple of chairs and a swing
−The bed was terrible - several mattresses piled one on top of another, felt almost like a half-filled water bed. My hisband and I are not not picky sleepers, but we both felt it was as bad as it could get.

−The rooms were pretty run down and not very clean. For the money spent on the stay I did expect a better room. But the amenities and staff really did make up for it.

“Great place to stay in Santa Fe.”
+Las Palomas has a great sense of style. The hotel reflects Santa Fe and the Southwest. The breakfast was quite good. The location cannot be beat. It’s an easy walk up the street to the heart of Santa Fe.
−This is not a criticism. If you have a mobility challenge, talk to the hotel before your arrival and they will accommodate you. Our unit had 3 steps in it. It was not a big deal but we weren’t expecting it.
