+Quiet & nice residential area. Room & bath we're good size & comfortable. Communal rooms were nice but we never had the chance to use them. We prefer having owners on site for the human aspect of it, but info & communications were excellent. A near by restaurant suggestion from a dog-walking neighbor proved wonderful. A 10 minute walk to Geographica provided us with the best dinner of our trip!
−Our room did not have working a/c as we expected. Usually not a problem for us but it was warm in September. Luckily the windows could be opened in our upper floor room.

“Bad”
+The location and the staff were nice.
−Everything was so dirty and sticky, from the common areas to the room itself. The room smelled so bad from dirt and humidity. It was crazy noisy and ridiculously uncomfortable. Probably the worst bed I’ve stayed in.

“Parking!”
+We drove from The Algarve so parking was fantastic. Good shower.comfortable bed. A nice welcome on arrival.
−Guests are able to make tea and coffee in the kitchen and use the fridge but a kettle/coffee maker in the room and a mini fridgewould be more convenient.

+Perfect location, quiet but still close to everything, parking was easy, breakfast was amazing, room was comfortable, has AC, clean, and nicely decorated, traditional Lisbon trolley goes right by, and you can walk to the river for a stroll or jog.We stayed in the room for 4, which are two separate rooms adjoined by a hall and a bath. One room had the ability to split the bed to make it into two singles, the other was a king size bed.

“Good enough stay and a contactless check-in in the center of Lisbon”
+I liked the location best.
−The sound quality of the room wasn't great. Also, the shower in our bathroom was in need of some repair along the edges.

“Top”
