“A nice house, well located for local beaches but let down by poor management of related services”
+Good welcome by Emily. Lovely House and very comfortable sitting room. Bed and room spacious and comfortable.
−Let down by poor management of breakfast. I found two packets of mouldy bread in the bread bin and had to throw them out. Milk supply was patchy. Spare key to room had been mislaid so room/supplies not serviced nor an alternative arrangement offered. More attention to detail required! Taps in room marked 'not drinking water' so not sure which taps to use to fill drinking bottles. Quite a lot of owner's equipment and project materials stored right next to outdoor seating area - should be tidied up. An impression that the owners had delegated everything and not taken a personal interest in day to day operations and guests.

+They were flexible on the booking in time. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful and very clean. Had everything you would need and more. The breakfast was a grab snd go but still lots to choose from.
−The weather was really warm when we stopped and found the room really hot at night. It was cooler outside the room and did leave it open for a while. They did provide a fan which was lovely. However my daughter couldn't slerp with the noise if the fan.

+Everything was great. My room was huge and the price was excellent. The reception room was beautiful and very relaxing to hang out in. I enjoyed the garden space and fountain too. Peaceful stay and will visit again.
