+Get in to the property was terrible they gave me like 7 code that did not work and I had to speak to four different people to just try to get in the building and had to download two different app finally got in to the property around 11:30pm and we arrived there at 5pm but once we finally got in the place was very clean the only thing that was wrong was the shower not putting out enough water pressure you had to almost be against the wall to be under the water but other then that it was a wonderful place just did not like the way I had such a hard time getting in and then I had to call four different time to speak to someone and was even late to something that was scheduled for a certain time that i still didn’t get in till 11:30pm

+The property in the surrounding area of the property was pretty cool. I love the fact that you can walk anywhere in Birmingham and have a good time. This place was perfectly located close to the Coca-Cola amphitheater. Definitely would use landing again

“Short stay”
+The unit was just as pictured. Very nice apartment. Drains were slow in bathrooms and in the front bedroom, you could hear noise on the street during the night. Overall great stay. Door opening system takes some getting used to.

+We loved having the space of an apartment. It was such a great stay and conveniently located to UAB!

+The condo itself was amazing as was the pool area. Communication and accessibility to get in the building and room were god awful. In the two days we were there, I spent over an hour on the phone with IT and couldn't reach the manager of the actual condo. The Latch app worked for 5 minutes at a time before forcing me to troubleshoot. I probably changed the password over a dozen times in the two days just to get in the building or room. Super frustrating!
