+The room had a shared terrace looking out at the mountains. The view was amazing. Unfortunately, they have planted trees and bushes on the terrace which are starting to obstruct the view a little. The view will be impacted more as they grow. The bed was comfortable. There is a grocery store with a bakery attached to the hotel.
−The room was a little warm. Because it was on ground level, the door to the outside could not be opened and the window could only be opened at the top. A fan would have been helpful. No soap in the shower. We thought breakfast was pricey at 15 Euro. It was okay, but nothing fabulous. We were especially unhappy to be charged 20 Euro per night for our small dog who is a certified, trained service dog. We showed his card and we were told they didn't care. We have been to Lermoos/Ehrwald over 100 times over the past 20 years, staying many different places. This was not our favorite.

+Well located, supermarket on the ground floor. Option to have breakfast on site. Plenty of parking spaces available.
−Missing such small things.. no shampoo or body wash available. No kettle or cups in the room. No mini fridge. When booking you have to confirm with them if the room which is advertised is really available as photos are just “example”. Otherwise do not expect such to Zugspitze. Hairdryer was not working.

“Great apartment, spacious, clean, with a terrace overlooking Zugspitze and close mountains”
+Good apartment, spacious, with a terrace overlooking Zugspitze and close mountains, great view. Apartmend has a nice kitchen with all needed equipment, nice big couch to relax and two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms, very convenient. The apartment is on second floor, on the first floor there is a supermarket. The road is below, it is local, not very loud and at night quiet. The guesthouse itself is very nice, stilish and very clean. They changed our towels and cleaned daily, which was very convenient. In the village, Lermoos, quite close, there are few restautants, small shops etc. Good location in Zugspitze arena.
−Two small points we want to mention, it would be helpfull to have a washing machine, even if for extra money in public space, once you travel for some time, actively hicking etc. you need the option to wash few clothes. In addition, in the kitchen, better to have salt and pepper; also tablets for dishwasher, becouse byuing it in large quantities during travel is not convenient.
