“Disappointment.”
+Location and view.
−The facility was dilapidated and in disrepair. The room offered two double beds, not two queens. The bathroom was tiny and unclean. We checked out a day early even though we did not receive any credit from the hotel.

“It was a stay, but not like it used to be.”
+I have been coming every year. I love this place but this year it was not it.
−There is no extra secure lock which makes it hard for toddlers to stay in the room. The beds were awful!

+Location and the view were fantastic. Lady at the desk was nicest person. Ice and pool area were very nice.
−The season has not begun so not fully open. Rooms needed a good spring cleaning. The staff did not exist. Not open until 10 at front desk and closed at 5.
