“Extremely dissatisfied”
+It was a basic room with bath.
−We had to leave early and wanted to shower but there was no hot water

+The location was great and staff was friendly. Check in and check out were quick and efficient.
−There were some spiders in the room. And the price was fairly high for such a small room with few features (no fridge, etc).

“Comfortable, clean, and in a great location.”
+The room was somewhat small but still comfortable. The location was great. We were right next to the lake. It was a short walk to the Hall of Fame and restaurants.
−The TV was small. WiFi was password protected but was not given the password at check in. And unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant burned down (being repaired)...was looking forward to eating by the lake.

“Don’t go there.”
−Dirty shower. Lumpy mattress. Thin, scratchy sheets and towels. No body wash in shower. Clean towels, but no housekeeping on a 2 night stay. Shower had hairs and dead bugs in it. Very expensive.

−The shower head needs to be upgraded immediately!!!! I don't know why you chose such an inferior one. We had planned on enjoying your restaurant as a definite choice overall. Sadly the fire altered that and we send our deep sympathy for your loss. Good luck with your rebuilding process.

“I would not reccomend this hotel.”
+The locatioin was fine, I wanted to be in Cooperstown and the view of the lake was excellent.
−The room was much smaller than I expected. There had been a fire in the restaurent so some of the the property was condemned.
