+The location is great. The place is nicely arranged. The host was nice, responsive and kind. When we discovered there is no AIRCO and asked next day Ery for a propellor next day she brought it as promised. You could feel she wants you to feel good at her property.
−We've chosen this place because of the airconditioning but unfortunately there is NO airco, only a cooler ( propellor with water ) which is producing humidity so on a warm day it gives a sauna effect and the place feels warmer then outside. Ery kindly explained that in historical buildings in Siena installing airco is not permitted that's why they had chosen this solution which I understand but it shouldn't be mentioned air-conditioning in the suite description because this information it's misleading . The bed is a Murphy bed and next to my head in a closet were cleaning products (and a wet mop with a smell which we had to take outside ). The place is nice but We missed some furniture like night tables. Also bathroom has no furniture at all, no toilet paper holder, no place to put your belongings etc but that's not a big deal , just a detail.

“One must be aware the bed is a Murphy bed and that they required sensitive personal information sent digitally to them s”
+The location was very good and the apartment was very clean
−Customer service through Ery was unhelpful and bordered on rude. We confirmed an early check in through booking.com, and received confirmation of that without any other stipulation. I have a copy of that correspondence. But when we arrived I received a rude exchange from Ery. Also there is no “air conditioning” in the apartment. Just a glorified fan which did not cool the room at all. When I asked about how this works Ery replied “turn it on” and if you want it cooler “add water”.

“Ottima posizione”
