+Location is great and looks amazing from the outside
−Left sitting around for an hour at check in after told would be early check in .. a lot of people were waiting Rooms are dated and in need of upkeep No table service at breakfast .. coffee out of a machine Pool is a real mess tiles falling off everywhere

“Exceptional views in 5 star hotel”
+The staff were exceptional. Kind, responsive, and so helpful. The views on the top level at the pool were absolutely incredible especially at sunset. We had the best time lounging with a cocktail watching the sunset. Our room was huge and on the 24 floor also had brilliant views.
−Our room had a light damp smell to it. Probably due to the heat and humidity but worth noting. And they clearly don’t want you to make any food or drinks yourself. There’s only a fridge and a kettle. No microwave, toaster or any other cooking devices or utensils. lol But overall it was a great place to stay.

−Rooms are spacious, but very mediocre regarding interior design. Breakfast tries to be western but fails, it's not really good. Price is ridiculous high for Vietnam and the hotel doesn't really feel like 5 star, more like 3,5 :(
