+Quiet but very central location in the historic centre of Monopoli
−- Parking information - we had to park 10 minutes walk away which is a challenge with 4 suitcases as stay was part of 15 day holiday - Lack of hot water for first few days - Only one large towel provided for the two of us - Requests to get issues sorted either dealt with slowly or not at all - Floor not clean - Bed was two single mattresses - but without properly fitting sheets, the mattresses always separated within a few minutes of attempted sleep

“False advertising, unpleasant, unclean and uncomfortable.”
+The location was great, everything was right at your fingertips.
−We stayed on Room 3, and although the bed said it was a double bed, it was actually two single beds put together. The beds separated every single time we laid down and we kept falling in between them. The pillows were also super uncomfortable, the sheets were small for the beds so they would pull up, and under the bed it was quite dirty and you could tell they did not clean much besides changing the sheets. On top of that, our air conditioning broke and we had to deal with that as well for a while, thankfully the host was responsive on that part and took care of it. But they did not take into account changing our room or refunding us when we complained about the bed, they only had the cleaning lady come and “re-do” the bed, which really didn’t do much because we did not sleep well at all because of it for five days. All this would have been more understandable if it had been cheaper as well, but it was super expensive compared to what you actually get and it is not worth it just for the location.

−Très décevant au regard du prix Nous avions réservé cet appartement pour 4 nuits, en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Monopoli, en pensant bénéficier d’un logement de qualité et d’un service à la hauteur du prix payé. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été extrêmement décevant. Nous avons payé plus de 900 € pour 4 nuits, soit plus de 200 € par nuit, un tarif particulièrement élevé pour les prestations proposées. Plusieurs problèmes importants sont survenus pendant notre séjour : * Pendant 2 nuits sur 4, la machine à eau ne fonctionnait pas. Il nous a été indiqué qu’un technicien ne pouvait pas intervenir durant le week-end. Nous avons donc dû acheter nous-mêmes des bouteilles d’eau pendant ces deux jours. * Une panne d’électricité est survenue en pleine nuit, entraînant une coupure de la climatisation ainsi que de la lumière de sécurité. La situation a duré près de 24 heures, ce qui est particulièrement problématique en plein été. * Aucune place de parking n’était prévue. Dans la vieille ville, il était extrêmement difficile de se garer et nous avons parfois passé 30 à 45 minutes à chercher une place chaque jour. * Aucun changement de serviettes pendant les 4 nuits, malgré le prix tr

+emplacement super et aucun bruit la nuit hote super réactive climatisation au top (on en avait bien besoin) grand lit eau potable et fraîche à disposition accès terrasse
−petit problème d'électricité (pas lié à l'immeuble mais au quartier, ça surprend et allume une lumière de service qui empêche un peu de dormir) sinon rien à reprocher

+Lokalizacja niesamowita, taras cudowny, pokój duży i ładny.
−Prysznic wymaga doczyszczenia. Kuchnia do dyspozycji gości nie całkiem czysta, bez zmywarki i bez choćby jednopalnikowej płyty. Zakładałam przygotowywanie śniadań samodzielnie, nie było to możliwe.
