“Excellent accomodation.”
+The accomodation just by the sea, the beach is on the other side of the road. The view is beautiful. We were there mid October, there are free parking which were free. The place is safe. There is a restuarant below the accomodation, but it didn't disturbed us. The place is well equiped. Fabio was available, he gave us great recommendation where to go and what to visit.

+The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean, featuring a huge, well-equipped terrace with a sea view. Fabio was incredibly welcoming and helpful; he even assisted us in staying an extra night when our flight was changed. He also provided all the information we needed.

“Amazing.”
+The apartment was great! The kitchen was very well equipped, and the bathroom was lovely. A big plus was the amazing terrace with a beautiful sea view. Parking around the apartment was not a problem at all. Fabio, our host, was amazing and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

“Zalig verblijf voor herhaling vatbaar”
+Zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame en altijd bereikbare uitbater. Ruim terras met uitzicht op strand en zee. Ruime badkamer. Groot en goed bed. Voldoende opbergmogelijkheden. Alles voorhanden om zelf een kleinigheid klaar te maken in de keuken. Goede koelkast. Ligt in een drukke buurt maar als alle vensters en deuren dicht zijn heb je geen last van de geluiden om te slapen. Ideaal voor een koppel. Uitstekend gelegen om bezienswaardigheden in de verschillende richtingen te bezoeken. Geen tapijten maar een vloer van tegels = top!
−De badkamer was zeer net maar misschien eens de douche met een speciaal product grondig reinigen, vooral de boorden onderaan langs de binnenkant. Best ook bij elke nieuwe logé een verse vaatdoek en schuurspons voorzien. Geen vaste parkeerplaats. Er zijn veel gratis parkeerplaatsen dichtbij maar in het weekend bijna altijd volzet.

−L’appartamento rè carino, con un balconcino dalla vista meravigliosa e una posizione davvero ottima. Questi aspetti mi avevano portato inizialmente a sorvolare su alcune piccole criticità, come l’assenza del bidet e la presenza di qualche formica. Purtroppo, però, durante il soggiorno si è verificato un episodio che ha compromesso completamente la nostra esperienza. Al nostro rientro ci siamo accorte che qualcuno era entrato nell’appartamento in nostra assenza: abbiamo trovato l’impronta di una scarpa sul letto e uno scatolo che avevamo lasciato in cucina era sparito. Solo chi era in possesso delle chiavi avrebbe potuto accedere all’alloggio. Il giorno del check-out abbiamo contattato il proprietario per chiedere spiegazioni. Ci ha riferito di essere entrato per fare delle pulizie, svuotare i cestini e passare l’aspirapolvere. Il problema, però, è che al momento del check-in non ci era mai stato comunicato che avrebbe avuto accesso all’appartamento durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, ci è stato detto che aveva bussato e, non ricevendo risposta, era entrato. Una giustificazione che lascia perplessi, perché avremmo potuto semplicemente dormire, essere sotto la doccia o comunque presenti a

“Relax ad Avola”
+Fabio disponibilissimo e attento alla cura degli appartamenti. L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario e un bel terrazzo fronte mare. Posizione ottima.
