“If you stay here, you’re really roughing it.”
+The location of the property was convenient. Carola was responsive to issues.
−The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. The WiFi is slow and we were constantly getting knocked off. The bathroom and shower are tiny. We just got off a cruise ship that had a bigger bathroom and shower. We are not large people. My wife is 5’4” 115. I’m 5’10 185. I could barely move in the shower and I couldn’t sit on the toilet. It was cold at night but heat went on at 8 and off around 10. It didn’t go on again until the morning. Blankets were not sufficient to keep warm. There was a tv but not a smart tv which we didn’t get for 3 days until Carola replaced it so all we had was Italian tv. Carola provided snacks and wine. We went shopping but noticed there wasn’t bowls and there was a shortage of glasses, no napkins or paper towels. Forget doing laundry unless you want to hang your clothes outside.

+The host is truly the one who made my stay so wonderful and enjoyable. She is an absolutely lovely lady who helped me enormously and made me feel very welcome from the beginning. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly need for a pleasant and relaxing stay was provided. The location is also very quiet and peaceful, which made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

“La Renaia is an excellent property for a visit to Cortona and the surrounding area.”
+The room and private bathroom were clean, attractive and comfortable. The private bathroom was very well equipped and the whole room/bathroom were of high quality. Services provided were well above expectations. An in-room kitchenette was provided, as were breakfast food and beverages. The entire property is very attractive, well equipped, very well managed and provides excellent value. The host was very helpful and attentive, making the stay a pleasure.

“Gorgeous place to stay”
+This place is pure heaven. The location is perfect to Cortona and wineries and small town, country road driving. It is clean, quiet and beautifully appointed. Corola is a lovely hostess. We would recommend this place to anyone!

+Stunningly beautiful location and property. Located 5 minute drive from Cortona. Room super comfortable and gorgeously furnished Tuscan style. Breakfast items in the room plentiful and of good quality. Lovely furnished patio outside room. Free toiletries. Swimming pool and loungers great. Relaxing and quiet. Lovely host.

“Very rural and rustic with a wonderful host, community vibe and lovely swimming pool.”
+The location is great for accessing Cortona and other Tuscan villages. The host is lovely and very welcoming, there are lots of snacks, wine and essentials all included in the apartment. The swimming pool is wonderful and rarely busy. Parking was easy and we welcomed the covered spaces especially after we had seen huge hailstones in Italy! There is a sense of community whilst staying there.
−We wish there had been a full length mirror! The interior is quite dark but being in a period building:barn conversion there is no way to overcome this. I think we also had possibly the only apartment with a separate lounge rather than open plan to include the kitchen, if we return we would look to have an open plan environment.

“Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr sauberen Zimmern”
+Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Appartements waren ausgesprochen sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar ein kleiner Willkommenskorb mit Gebäck und Kaffee stand bereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
