“Good start with the front desk man, and my husband keeps saying it was fine to stay just for a night!”
+What I liked most about the property was location. Secondly, the front desk man I want to say his name was like Denis or something similar! Great guy!
−It just seemed dirty, the shower had hair, so did the sheets. The sink had a ring of mold around it and the elevator was out of service. The room was muggy when we walked in which had a funk

“Don’t stay here.”
+Location.
−The flooring in our room was warped. There was no anti-slip mat in the shower Toilet paper was floss thin The blankets had weird stains The fitted sheets felt scratchy The mattress wasn’t very comfortable Our tv’s wifi connection was very glitchy, the show kept turning itself off due to poor connection I booked about a month ago with the request of us needing a crib in the room, and the request was approved. We show up and confirm that with the front desk. With 2 young children, they put us in their second building across the parking lot. So we walk all the way over, to find no crib in there. We let them know via their text line, they say they’ll take care of it. We leave for dinner and come back to the room 2 hrs later and still no crib. Call the front desk, she says you’ll have to come get it yourself at the desk. So you’re telling me, I paid all this money AND gave you a month’s notice that there needs to be a crib ready in our room, and you’re JUST NOW telling me I have to walk all the way back to the front to haul a heavy crib across the parking lot and up to our second floor room. But then it didn’t even come with sheets or a blanket. So my wife calls and asks for that, they

“Buena Ubicación pero no se paso muy bien”
+La ubicación
−La limpieza en mi habitación no estaba buena, también tenía un olor a humedad muy fuerte y las puertas de la escalera y salida de emergencia sonaban mucho en la noche y me despertaban.
