“Absolutely Disgusting - Avoid This Place at All Costs”

−T he worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The room was dark, dirty, and completely unacceptable, with visible mold and a horrible, unhealthy atmosphere. It was clearly neglected and poorly maintained, and the conditions were nowhere near acceptable for paying guests. The cleanliness was appalling, and the mold made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Basic cleanliness and proper maintenance should be the bare minimum, yet this place failed miserably on both. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I genuinely don’t understand how Booking.com allows accommodations in such terrible conditions to be listed and rented through its platform. Guests trust Booking.com to provide a certain level of quality and safety, and this experience was completely unacceptable. Even worse, I couldn’t find a proper way to file a complaint with Booking.com about the condition of the room. The only option available to me was to complain directly to the host, which is completely inadequate when the accommodation itself is the problem. “be careful of mold”

−its not like on picture.No massage bathtub, very bad smell on mold ,bed sheets you canot use ,very bad smell and no cover .it was cold aircon you canot use it was smell of mold come outside too.So i spend night in cold.After massage to owner he clean filter .Apartment is in basement and mold on walls especially above entrance doors. They just repaint mold but its still there .... in fridge are mold too,nobody clean . very bad

“Con qualche accortezza in più il soggiorno sarebbe ottimo”
+Bella camera, ben arredata e molto spaziosa. Facile il check-in. Buona la posizione, in 15 minuti di camminata si è in pieno centro città.
−Ci vorrebbe più attenzione alla pulizia della camera. I bicchierini usa e getta del caffè erano un po’ impolverati (e ce n’erano due contati) ed erano rimaste delle carte vuote dei bastoncini per girare il caffè sul vassoio. Il tappetino per la doccia non c’era ed è indispensabile. Il letto non era comodo perché le doghe sotto erano rotte.

+Grande stanza, umida,piano terra . Unica finestra in alto sempre chiusa . Non c'è riciclo di aria. Sicuramente comoda xchè vicino a Bari vecchia voto 4 x la camera.

“CONSIGLIATO”
+Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo B&B! La struttura è accogliente, curata nei dettagli e situata in una posizione comoda. La camera era pulita e confortevole, e la colazione abbondante e deliziosa. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, facendomi sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

−Portone di ingresso rotto, ci hanno messo due giorni per trovare una semplicissima soluzione, nel frattempo non potevamo accedere alla camera se non citofonando a caso agli altri inquilini del palazzo. Chi doveva darci assistenza non rispondeva alle nostre chiamate. La stanza aveva un pessimo odore, che proveniva dallo scarico del bagno malfunzionante. Wi-Fi non funzionava. La coperta del letto l'abbiamo trovata buttata a caso nell'armadio. Non c'era traccia del promesso kit di benvenuto (nè shampoo e sapone, e neanche le cialde di caffè). Per riassumere, UN VERO DISASTRO!

−Je n'ai jamais vue une saleté pareil dans un logement! Humidité rempli du côté des murs, des bêtes qui grouille dans la sdb et dans le lit!! Le micro-ondes dans 1 état pas possible la couverture dans l'armoire avec une odeur nauséabonde! Juste une horreur aucune hygiène de vie j'ai du évidement quitter le logement. Impossible pour moi d'y rester juste scandaleux de demander plus de 400€ pour un taudis pareil!!!! À fuir absolument!!!!!!
