+The accommodation was clean and in a good location. However, communication with the staff could have been much better. They were often slow to respond to WhatsApp messages, and sometimes I had to wait a long time for an answer. I also mentioned several times that I don’t speak Italian, but I still received messages in Italian. I understand that the administrator also works as a waiter and may not have enough time to manage everything, but having a dedicated reception desk and a proper check-in/check-out process would make the experience much smoother. Another issue was the temperature in the rooms. They were cold at night, and we had to remind the staff to turn on the air conditioning for heating. Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but communication, guest support, and room temperature need improvement.

“Tolle Ausstattung und super Essen in der Pizzeria. Sehr freundliches Personal.”
+Das Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet, aber hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Einrichtig wirkte modern und gepflegt, besonders das Bad war sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet. Die Zimmer gehören zu einem Restaurant, in dem es fantastisches italienische Essen (Pizza, Pasta, Salate, Burger...) zu absolut angemessenen Preisen gibt. Ganz große Empfehlung und gern wieder.

+Tutto lo Staff è veramente gentile e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia delle stanze. Ho alloggiato per lavoro già 2 volte e sono una garanzia. Ottimo il ristorante e staff super carino.

−Stanza spartana, mancava il bollitore una sedia almeno per poggiare il trolley e i porta asciugamani in bagno, il posteggio un terno al lotto. Ho dovuto girare parecchio per trovare un posto ,e con la pioggia non è proprio il massimo .

“Gute und preiswerte Unterkunft mit sehr schlichter Innenausstattung”
+Parkmöglichkeit im Hof, wenn auch nicht abgeschlossen Gutes Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Geräumige Zimmer Sauber Fehlende Handtücher wurden sehr schnell und unkompliziert nachgeliefert
−Gestaltung der Zimmer ist eher spartanisch, wodurch das Zimmer wenig einladend wirkt obwohl es geräumig ist und in gutem Zustand.

+Einchecken problemlos, freundlicher Empfang, sinnvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer für alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt
