+Great apartment in a central location in the old town, but convenient for the train and bus stations. Easy check in and the host was so helpful on identifying the location of the ‘real’ bus stop for visiting Alberobello - it is located opposite Bar Biancoverde on Via Vittorio Veneto, and not at the train station.

“Würde ich leider nie mehr buchen und auch nicht empfehlen”

−Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Im Zimmer herrschte ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch, sodass man sich dort überhaupt nicht wohlfühlen konnte (irgendein Raumduft der Kopfschmerzen bereitet). Dazu kommt eine enorme Lärmbelastung: bis etwa 2 Uhr morgens hört man Touristen auf der Strasse laut schreien, und bereits gegen 6 Uhr morgens fahren Autos und Motorräder direkt am Zimmerfenster vorbei. Die Schalldämpfung ist nicht vorhanden, es fühlt sich von der Lautstärke her an, als würde man direkt auf der Strasse schlafen. Auch das Bett war extrem unbequem. Würde ich nicht empfehlen und auch nie mehr buchen

“Excelente lugar en Monopoli”
+El lugar es muy cómodo, es un pequeño departamento que está muy bien equipado para dos personas. La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro histórico, cerca del mar, muy cercano a las playas, supermercado, bares y restaurantes donde salir a comer. Los anfitriones muy preocupados.
−La ducha es muy pequeña, pero no es algo que arruine tu estadía.

“Appartement mit privater Dachterrasse mitten in der Altstadt”
+Das Appartement liegt perfekt mitten in der Altstadt von Monopoli, nur wenige Meter von den geschäftigen Gassen mit jeder Menge Gastronomie und Geschäften entfernt und dennoch ruhig. Auch der nächste Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind außerhalb der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt-Zone vorhanden und teils gebührenpflichtig. Die vielen, hohen, schmalen Stufen in den zweiten Stock sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber typisch für ein traditionelles Haus in der Altstadt. Die private Dachterrasse, die nur von dieser Wohnung aus zugänglich ist, ist schön, könnte aber gern komfortabler ausgestattet sein - Tisch und Sessel ist etwas wenig Ausstattung - ein Hänge-Schaukelstuhl oder eine Liege sowie unbedingt eine Wäscheleine wären gut, um nach einem Tag am Strand die nassen Badetücher trocknen zu können. Leider ist in der Wohnung auch keine Couch oder dergleichen vorhanden - Sitzmöglichkeit bieten die 4 Stühle beim Esstisch. Es sind 2 Fernseher vorhanden - jeweils in Laptop-Größe.

−Unfortunately the apartment itself was very disappointing. It was extremely noisy, with no sound insulation at all, and there was noticeable dampness inside the apartment. The shower was leaking, and what was especially frustrating is that the staff already seemed to be aware of this issue, but it had not been fixed. Being unable to get proper sleep ruined the whole stay.

+Proximité dans la ville , nous avons pu laisser nos valise dès le matin . C’était agréable .
−En effet beaucoup de bruit , il est presque impossible de dormir . Entre les passants , la musique et les voitures . Très difficile . Également le logement est sombre et humide
