“Nice easy pleasant stay”
+I stayed only one night.The place is very clean,the bed was comfortable and it’s a nice space with everything you need. The shower head receiver was cracked and would not hold the shower head properly. I still could shower though,I found a work around. I did like my stay.

+Very nice and simple flat. Perfect for anybody's visit to Cinque Terre.
−Only downside is that the train outside is quite loud.

“Good location”
+The place is in a great location , the room is a nice size for one person and also the bathroom
−I didn’t like the fact that was very dark the street and the building . I was solo travel Also there’s no elevator and it’s up 5 stairs to go .

+La situación del alojamiento. Comunicación con el propietario rápida y poder hacer el check in a las 10 am
−El portal tiene la puerta de entrada rota y es bastante antiguo. Se trata de un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Anuncian limpieza diaria y en los 3 dias que estuvimos no apareció nadie. Sólo dejan un sobre monodosis de gel y champú para 3 dias.... Cuando con suerte da para una ducha. Nos encontramos un insecto y una araña en la habitación. La habitación le faltaba limpieza. No se ofrecían sábanas de repuesto. El baño es muy pequeño, sobre todo la zona del inodoro. Relación calidad/precio muy deficiente.

−Durch den Zug war es sehr laut, nicht ordentlich geputzt. Kein Charme, dafür allerdings teuer.

“Très agréable séjour, balcon apprécié”
+Possibilité de déjeuner sur le balcon. Vu sur le rocher entre les immeubles. Goûter apprécié Kit brosse à dents/échantillon gel douche - shampooing disponible
−Informations d’arrivée données tardivement. Toilettes face au lavabo (le bidet aurait été inversé avec les toilettes, cela serait plus pratique) Évacuation de l’eau de la douche peut déborder (encart de porte abîmé donc je pense que ce n’est pas la 1ere fois) Voie ferrée à proximité

+La camera piccola con una finestra alta e una porta finestra da dove entra tanta luce, direi che la camera è molto accogliente in due si sta benissimo.
−Il bagno è stato condizionato dentro l'abitazione con un wc maceratore quindi ogni volta che fai uso fa un rumore fastidioso poi è troppo attaccato al lavandino bisogna fare attenzione quando vai a fare i tuoi bisogni potresti farti del male, il videt che dire altrettanto scomodissimo. Vorrei anche segnalare che nello stipite tra il bagno e l'abitazione fioriscono tantissimi piccoli formiche. Consiglieri di fare una disinfestazione.

+La ubicacion es muy buena, queda cerca de todo.
−Las instrucciones para llegar al alojamiento no fueron tan precisas y me costó encontrarlo. Además este alojamiento queda en un tercer piso sin ascensor, muy pesado para acceder con maleta.
