+We liked the location and the balconies. The personnel was very kind and genuine.
−We didn’t like the mold in the rooms and bad smell inside the rooms because of it. It has been hard to communicate with the personnel due to the language but they tried their best. We had some issues in the rooms but eventually we were able to solve them

“Amazing views!”
+Amazing views over Ella. Just a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and other restaurants. Staff were super helpful - offering laundry service (paid for), arranging tuk tuks. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts here.
−Originally there was no kettle provided in the room. We asked and they did provide which was great. Rooms not always stocked with water which we found unusual.

“Overall experience was very good but can be further improved.”
+The hotel was wonderful. The spacious rooms gave us plenty of breathing room, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
−While overall cleanliness seemed fine, pest control needs attention. A lizard made its way from the bathroom, and later at night, a cockroach emerged from an unsealed hole in the bathroom.
