“Bad period to visit the city .Unexpected problems with the room .Owners did their best to help us .”
+The location was really good .Despite the fact that there was a heatwave ,it was quite easy to reach all sights. The place had a vintage atmopsphere .There were logs instead of bedside tables .The ceilng was really impressive with arches . There was a vintage chest and a wardrobe too . There was a small, but effective fridge.The couple of owners were so polite and cultivated.It was so clear from thier voices and appearance .They treated us with nice pastizzioto.
−You had the feeling there was not enough space . If you opened the single bed ( sofa) you could not actually access the patio door .Also I was surprised there were no cutlery or crockery at all. Not even one spoon or a fork or a knife . There was no sink of course but there was a fridge .It was very difficult for us to have breakfast ( because of health problems I had to have my own breakfast in the room ). I have to mention that we saw cockroaches in the room .More than one .According to the owners ,there is anti pest spraying ,and that is why they come out at night. However ,it was really shocking for us .Also there were problems with airconditioning but lets be honest ,this could happen to anybody.

“Le séjour dans la ville de Lecce a été gâché par des incident dus au logement (cafards, panne de la Clim) et une absence”
+- L’hébergement est proche du centre ville, ce qui rend la visite de la ville idéale mais tout en restant dans une zone piétonne calme. - Malgré les difficultés rencontrées avec le logement, le propriétaire a su se montrer réactif.
−- le logement est très humide, ce qui engendre des odeurs de moisi dans la salle de bain et ce malgré une aération continue. - la climatisation est tombée en panne 10 jours avant notre arrivée (34 le jour, 28 la nuit). Une Clim d’appoint a été mise à disposition dans le logement mais son fonctionnement laissait rentrer l’air très chaud dans le logement, ce qui rendait l’action de la Clim d’appoint insuffisante. - des cafards on été présents dans les communs (couloir) et dans notre logement (en sortant par un trou sous le lavabo). Malgré une intervention rapide de la part du propriétaire pour boucher le trou, ce problème existe depuis plusieurs mois et aurait dû être réglé avant notre arrivée ou du moins, nous aurions dû en être informés. Par ailleurs, aucun produit insecticide n’était à disposition dans le logement. Cet incident a gâché notre séjour à Lecce (peu de sommeil la nuit, peur de retourner dans le logement et d’en retrouver à nouveau), ce que nous regrettons fortement car la ville est belle et à visiter.

“Buon punto d'appoggio se climatizzatore funzionante”
+La posizione molto comoda ma il parcheggio consigliato dalla struttura carissimo. Ho pagato 20 euro per lasciare la macchina una notte
−Appena entrata si sente odore di muffa, l'arredo molto curato però. Pulizie un po cosi cosi. Al mio arrivo ero stata avvisata la mattina che il condizionatore si era rotto e avevano provveduto con uno portatile. Non funzionava perché era pieno il serbatoio...ho aiutato l'addetta a vuotarlo...mi sono asciugata l'acqua con il tappetino della doccia, ma il tubo ributtata aria calda dentro la stanza non potendo chiudere finestra e fissarlo a dovere Ho chiesto uno sconto che non mi è stato accordato. Fuori facevano 40 gradi e il condizionatore era parecchio rumoroso.

+Struttura accogliente. Camera delle giuste dimensioni, ordinata e pulita.
−Phon pessimo, piccolo e poco potente. Inoltre per poterlo utilizzare bisogna tenere premuto costantemente un tasto quindi risulta davvero scomodo. Dopo 15 minuti circa di utilizzo si è spento da solo per poi accendersi di nuovo dopo un paio di ore.

“Il centro storico a portata di piede”
+Siamo oramai clienti abituali, la struttura è grande, accogliente e molto pulita, dotata di ogni confort e adoriamo la sua posizione, ci permette a piedi di visitare tutto il centro storico. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.
