“Great place with bad service”
+Good design and location
−Staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t respond to any of our requests, even made our stay more complicated. They threw away fresh expensive bouquet of birthday flowers that we got for the birthday and didn’t even excuse themselves or compensate

“We loved how easy it was to walk everywhere from the hotel. At the same time it is located on a small quiet street which”
+The property is very attractive, and it was easy to park our car nearby while we visited Florence.

“Great location, but incredibly overpriced for what you get.”
+Great location, that’s the end of it unfortunately.
−Room entry causes a loud buzzing sound which, given how paper-thin the doors and walls are (heard the conversation of the people next door to us, both of our doors were closed), will wake you up several times. Dirty / mouldy bathroom. Friday/Saturday expect to listen to the bar next door. Incredibly dated facilities in various stages of disrepair, poor check-in service, after-hours fees like a hostel. The shower was broken. I’ve since read a similar review and realised I have the same room as the person complaining.. months prior. It has a rain shower head, which can’t be used because they were too cheap to repair it. 😂 Bidet was also blocked. That’s fun on your honeymoon. 😊 It’s a shame this property would be phenomenal with renovations, but it’s one of my biggest regrets during this holiday.

“Bella Firenze”
Pretendo voltar.
