“I absolutely loved my stay and would always choose this guesthouse again! I highly recommend it!”
+It’s such a beautiful Guesthouse! The rooms are amazing, comfortable and quite cool during the hot afternoons. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful!
−Breakfast could start a little earlier and it would be good to be able to open the blinds at the window.

“Lovely charming stay”
+One of the Best places in The heritage town of Pondicherry, we felt home with the staff and Madame Bitasta she is very welcoming and made our stay Lovely , Priya and all the staff were nice and helpful. Clean , well decorated and the location is 5 stars. We had a late check out and we left our luggage there and spent time in the common area with a nice cup of tea offered by Madame Bitasta and her daughter.
−Very sad that we spent only one night , but for sure we will come back soon again and again

+Style, the staff and the location
−The complexity of the payment. Would be easier to be able to pay onsite or through booking.com

“Very nice stay at Maison de Bitasta”
+Excellent 5 nights stay at Maison de Bitasta. The house is beautiful, rooms are organized around a patio with trees and is nicely decorated with pieces of art and old furnitures. Authenticity and charm. We had the large room at the 2nd floor which was perfect. We had a direct access to the terrace where the breakfast was served in the morning. Notice that this is an Indian breakfast. The location is really great, very close from the sea, restaurants and shops. And very calm. Thank you to all the team !

“Great location,”
+Great Location with the main promenade right next door. Several dining options as well,
−The management has chosen not to refund an excess amount paid at the time of booking. Multiple messages were sent, but no response. The Room was musty... Take your towels and toiletries. The towels are like sandpaper The shower drain was clogged and not cleared for three days

“Beautiful local french experience in India”
+Beautiful architecture of a French colonial mansion. Perfect location in White Town.
−Would have preferred a different, more streamlined payment process, with either having the option to pay online through booking. com, or direct with the property on arrival. Paying via bank transfer felt a little unsafe.
