“Wouldn’t recommend”
+Good location There was a kitten
−I hate leaving bad reviews but even for the cheap price, this was really poor. The room was dirty, we didn’t have toilet paper or towels when we arrived (we also asked for a towel which we were never given) The room was incredibly hot even with a fan Staff were very hard to track down

“Pleasant”
+Carlos (the owner) seems a nice guy, available on WhatsApp 24/7. Clean beds. This place is suitable for young or free-spirited people without specific requirements for comfort.
−We got a room that looked different from the photos (it had a new interior, but we were not informed about that). There were issues with the bathrooms. Our room had no AC, making it uncomfortably hot at night. It was also quite noisy all the time, animals, drunk tourists, and tricycles constantly passing by. If you're a light sleeper, this is not the best choice. A bit overpriced for this type of room. On the second floor, a pipe under the sink was constantly leaking, and one morning, it had completely come undone. One of the bathrooms had no hot water
