+Eugene, the hotel manager was very friendly and kind.
−I didn't like that the rate of $69 quoted on Booking.com was charged in Cedi and amounted to $82.30 for my first stay and $83.65 for my second stay (after arriving home and viewing my credit card statement). In my experience using Booking.com, if the rate is charged in local currency, the US price is maybe off by less than a dollar. I have never experienced it being off by $13-$14. That is significant and I don't think it is appropriate to change the quoted price. I plan my budget based on the quoted price.

+Nice big room, nice view, was perfect for my conference at Labadi, which i just walked to every day. The reception was very accomodating!
−Nothing bad, you just have to ask the reception and they accomodate you, beit cleaning or breakfast or whatever!

“Happily stayed here two times.”
+Eugene was very friendly and helpful. Large common area and rooftop area. Beautiful art on the walls.
−The price I was charged was different than the price quoted on booking .com I haven't had time to review my records yet but I was charged $14 more than expected.

“mediocre”
+Spacious room with lots of windows.
−No breakfast apart from an expensive mediocre breakfast served in the room. It’s difficult to get in touch with the manager, who hides behind a mobile number of a virtual desk.

+The location is perfect for holidays at the seaside. The beach is 5 minutes walk away, central Accra such as Osu neighborhood is 5 minutes drive and the airport is also very close by. It is also close to a lot of tourist attractions. The hotel has a lovely rooftop where one can take the breakfast, with a nice sea view. A special comment to the hotel staff who has been wonderful, very friendly and always helpful for everything. They carried my luggage, helped me find my Uber and were very attentive. The room was clean, spacious with fan and air conditioning and there are spacious common areas with balcony. I had a very pleasant stay, it is a nice place to relax.
−Wifi does not go everywhere.

“Better than anticipated and staff 10/10 good for a night or two stay.”
+Staff were always helpful, carried our bags up the stairs and security straight on to opening door for residents. Room was cleaner than anticipated
−It is on a busy road and traffic in afternoons which wasn’t ideal but not on the accom. Restaurant was not open and would have been nice to know in the site as it was a main contributing factor in selection

+The staff is really kind and really tired to resolve many of my questions
−The wifi was really really bad and have to be in the common area. No connectivity in your room.
