“We had a pleasant stay”
+Everything suited us.
−It didn't bother me much, but instead of cold water in the kitchen, warm or hot water ran. And the toilet flush mechanism is quite loud, especially at night :) But these are just minor things :)

“Great stay in the Puglia countrsyside”
+La Giopalma is a beautiful house in the Puglia countryside nestled in an Olive grove. Monopoli is about a 15 minute drive away so you would need a car. Guiseppe and his wife were lovely hosts who greeted us even though we had a very late arrival. The house itself is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and a nice area to sit outside in the afternoon sunshine. The kitchen had everything we needed but we did eat out for meals.
−The water pressure is low so the shower is a bit slow.

+The place is spacious, impeccably clean. There is an outdoor terrace with a dining table. There is a Parking on the territory (with a gate). The location is about 15 min drive to the beach.

“Rapporto qualità/prezzo fenomenale”
+La posizione della struttura è perfetta, immersa nella tranquillità che ti consente di dormire bene, ma vicina ai punti di interesse (è necessario avere l’auto per spostarsi). C’è il posto auto, noi avevamo ben due auto e siamo riusciti a parcheggiarle entrambe. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno accolto benissimo. L’aria condizionata è presente solo in una camera da letto, nel nostro caso non serviva perché in quei giorni era fresco e siamo stati bene. Il giardino è in condivisione con quello dei proprietari, per cui ogni tanto si può trovare la Signora che lo sistema, ma è discreta e non disturba. Sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglieremo!

“très bonne maison de vacances”
+Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 9 nuits à la Giopalma. La maison était très propre, spacieuse et confortable. Elle est située dans la campagne et possède un jolie jardin et une grande terrasse. Il est facile de se garer dans la cour. Enfin le Wifi fonctionne très bien. Le contact a été facile avec Giuseppe.

“Bien dans l’ensemble”
+La propreté et le joli jardin
−Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas accéder à la maison entière que j’avais choisi pour avoir deux chambres séparées. On s’est retrouvé deux copines dans le même lit. Le logement n’a pas de wifi, soit disant panne. Manque équipement cuisine: grille pain et micro-ondes.

“Villa di campagna”
+Villa di campagna immersa in una tranquilla zona dell'entroterra monopolitano, a 15 min d'auto dalla città. La casa era abbastanza pulita e accogliente.
−La casa, a detta del proprietario, ha un impianto solare per l'acqua sanitaria; la sera alle 23 però l'acqua non era abbastanza calda.

“Lieu accueillant mais pas forcément source de calme.”
+L’accueil très chaleureux des hôtes ainsi que leurs petites attentions.
−Tous les matins, le voisin élaguait ses arbres avec un outil très bruyant, dès 5h45 du matin ! Cela a gâché notre sommeil, d’autant plus que le 2eme jour (dimanche soir), d’autres voisins ont fait une grosse soirée dans leur jardin très bruyante et jusqu’à 1h du matin. Cette nuit-là, nous avons donc dormi 4h…
