“Simply perfect”
+Simply the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Paris. The rooms are spacious and full of light, the service is top notch and super available, the spa is just out of this world. Stay there and you won’t regret it

+Average service with unproactive new team. The establishment is nice and well design but without a true 5 star service.

+The property is beautiful and we loved that we had a spacious room (the Executive room), with coffee and creamer. Bed wasn’t amazing but fine. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the underground pool and sauna, steam facilities were really lovely. Almost like a sauna house. Rooftop bar was also great but would benefit from serving food as well as drinks.

+DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THIS IS A 1 STAR MOTEL. THIS IS NOT ONLY THE WORST HOTEL IN PARIS, FRANCE. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. The hotel has fake information on both their website and on the Hotels.com website. It is a total SCAM. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel in my entire life. This hotel has the worst service, it smells like a sewer, it has the most disgusting dirtiest rooms, (see photos) and the hotel lies on their website about the size of the rooms. Nothing works in the hotel room and even if you ask directly to the GM to simply make the lights work they ignore every request. They also lie about the size of the rooms on their website and on the Hotels.com website. I have never had to write a review like this before. Save your Time, and your money. I only stay at 5 star hotels with Hotels.com with a 9+ exceptional rating and I was scammed into booking this hotel. This hotel was advertised as a 5 star hotel! This is a one star motel, if that. It is dirty, the rooms are dark and tiny, and they are so small that it is impossible to even walk around the tiny queen bed to even get to what they call a Bathroom, which is impossible for even one per
