“Perfect home in a perfect location with so many lovely bars & restaurants around you.”
+The views alone all those windows and the great balcony lots of space and as a solo traveller I felt very safe there at night.

“I'll be back”
+A wonderful place to stay, ideally located just a few steps from the sea. I loved being so close to the shores and restaurants and having the opportunity to enjoy the sea whenever I wanted. The location was definitely the highlight of my stay, making it a lovely choice for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the seaside.

+This B&B is some 15kms out of Bari in a seaside pleasant location.
−There is a nightclub that plays very loud music just behind the building. There is no receptionist. The person managing it, Tobia, failed to turn up to help when we were having difficulty gaining access to the building. The building has very steep stairs and no elevator. Dragging our cases up without any help was very difficult. The ballustrade is wobbly and in need of repair.

−There are no staff and it took hours and repeated wattsapp, phone and e-mails to obtain the code for door. Had to do this outside with another guest and young child who had same problem

“Never again”
+Location and sea view are nice.
−There is absolutely no parking. You will have to wait until after midnight to find a decent place to park. The host does not understand English well and when I asked about parking locations he sent a link for hospitals. Instructions told us to go to the bar/restaurant below, but they were completely unhelpful and all they said was to go to the locked door around the corner. The booking.com site lists the contact as someone who no longer works for the hotel. We wasted 30 min for the correct host to respond with the door code. There is no coffee or tea in the room although it has a kettle and sugars. Also the host indicated that there was a welcome gift that was non existent. We stayed here in the past but the place is now run down with marks on the wall and torn curtains,and needs to be overhauled. Also, all the plants on the balcony are dead. I would stay elsewhere.

+La casa si presenta molto moderna e con una vista molto panoramica. Esperienza davvero positiva! Abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B e ci tornerei molto volentieri! 😊❤️

+Bon logement pour passer une nuit sur le port, et profiter d'un endroit plus calme près de l'aéroport de Bari. Accès en taxi ou en bus (33). Logement avec belle vue sur le port, propre.
−La communication avec notre hôte n'était pas très fluide. On s'est enregistré nous même sur un site, puis j'ai dû écrire pour avoir les codes d'accès.

+Gostamos de tudo! Quarto muito confortável e a localização é excelente, muitos restaurantes em frente ao prédio! A proximidade do aeroporto ajudou bastante pois chegamos já à noite e tem vaga na rua pra estacionar sem precisar pagar! Lembrando que a hospedagem é em Santo Spirito , e não em Bari! Essa região é muito bonita , valeu a pena

−Viešbučio atstovas, kuris nekreipė dėmesio į prašymus. Pvz. neiškvietė taksi ir pasiūlė patiems išsikviesti, kas mums nekalbantiems itališkai, sudarė didelę problemą.

“Schöne Unterkunft nahe Flughafen Bari”
+Zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Santo Spirito mit tollen Blick vom Balkon (Zimmer 1) auf den Hafen und die Promenade. Moderne Ausstattung, Self Checkin. Parken kann man problemlos an der Straße ( außerhalb der Saison). In 15 min ist man am Flughafen Bari
−Ich buche Unterkünfte immer mit Kaffeemaschine. Diese gab es auch aber leider keine Kaffeekapseln. Das ist sehr schade und sollte auch auf Grund der vielen negativen Bewertungen in dieser Sache, behoben werden. Das Bad war sehr verkalkt was mich aber nicht sonderlich störte. Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen.
