“Excellent base to explore Lake Como.”
+Breakfast was light but very good and always on time. We received more value for the money that we paid. The host made some excellent recomendations that improved our stay. I highly recomend this location.
−Breakfast was on the light side. Adding a kitchen or maybe just a microwave would singificantly improve the location. With a kitchen it would be an excellent location for a family. I was a great location to explore Lake Como.

+We cannot praise our host enough! The kindness, dedication, and genuine care we experienced were absolutely exceptional. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Since we had to leave very early in the morning, they even arranged dinner for us the evening before instead of our breakfast. Such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated! The rooms were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. We went out during the day, and by the time we returned, everything had been cleaned and perfectly tidied again. What made this stay truly special was the incredible hospitality. We felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued as guests. This is the kind of hospitality that deserves the highest recognition. Thank you for everything!

“Great apartment with excellent beds and in an nice armosphere”
+Great apartment! with a warm welcome by Pietro. When you see the apartment with the balcony you are embraced with a nice atmosphere. The balcony is very nice and the apartment is huge. The beds are superb ! And a a good breakfast is being served in the apartment. We did miss an airco due to the high temperature but we knew beforehand this wasn't available in the apartment. Also very nice you can park your car in front of the apartment safely behind a fence with a gate. Special thanks to Pietro who helped to seek something which I lost. Appreciate your great service Pietro.

+Große und sehr schön gestaltete Wohnung mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse zum Innenhof. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter stand uns mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche übrig und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

“Eine der besten Unterkünfte in der wir bisher waren !”
+Ein super Appartement, quasi eine ganze Wohnung, mit tollem Bad und einem wunderschönen Balkon. Alles super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und Pietro ist einer der besten Gastgeber, die wir bisher kennengelernt haben. Immer verfügbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Das Frühstück wird ins Zimmer serviert, man braucht also das Appartement dafür nicht mal verlassen. Wir kommen wieder und freuen schon darauf.

“Goed verzorgd een heerlijk appartement.”
+We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd uitgelegd. We konden parkeren op de binnenplaats. Hoge auto met dakkoffer. Ook werden we ‘s ochtends voorzien van een voortreffelijk ontbijt. Het Como meer op 30 minuten rijden, is zeker de moeite waard.
