“Lovely location and staff”
+Staff were very friendly and nice. Close to Old Town and the river. Free bikes to use. Good breakfast options including a delicious Pho noodle soup option. Beds comfortable and the verandah overlooking the street was lovely. Beautiful foyer and tiled area.
−The pool area was very basic. The large gorgeous floating lounge chairs didn’t have the mattresses in them or the white draped curtains. I know it was on and off again raining though during our stay so I guess they’ve just packed everything away. There is a lift at reception to take you up to the rooms but you have to go up a set of stairs. The manager explained that it had previously flooded right up to the top of those stairs when I suggested that they need to put a ramp in to make it accessible. The owners of this hotel should definitely make it more accessible. The glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom area is not needed. You do not need to see the beds when sitting on the toilet or in the shower! There was a blind that we pulled down straight away but that just got wet and will get mouldy fast

“Excellent location, good breakfast buffet, friendly and accommodating staff and free bikes so I could ride a bike to the”
+The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had many options including Asian and Western. The best thing was the lap pool which was lovely after walking all day in the heat. The room was very large with a nice shower. Location was excellent and it was quiet at night. I will recommend to my friends who travel frequently.
−I was hoping for an early entry to the room but they were fully booked and it was not possible. I was able to leave my luggage in reception and take a bike to the old town.
