+Please note when you make reservations, that there are two options - one an apartment and the other one, the triple room. This review is for the triple room. The location is very convenient as it is very centrally located. It is two stops on bus or tram to Santa Maria Maggiore, and three stops to Termini station. The bus/tram stop for the above is half a block away. The metro station is about 2 1/2 blocks away in the other direction. If you enjoy walking, Termini is about 10 minutes on foot. The Colosseo is probably around 20 minutes on foot or you can catch a bust or tram 2.5 blocks from the apartment. There is also a large grocery store half a block away. The apartment itself is really nice. It is one very large room with a bathroom half a floor down the stairs. There is one large permanent bed in it, and a convertible bed that the owner can open up, if the reservation is for more people. There were four of us and we had both beds opened for us. They were both extremely comfortable. The mattresses are memory foam, as were the pillows. The blankets were also lightweight and appropriate for the season. There is an air conditioner. +Een plekje van rust in het drukke Rome, we waren in oktober en konden heerlijk buiten zitten. Op loopafstand van Colosseum en Termini, historisch centrum wat verder weg. Maar goed bereikbaar met de metro.
−Misschien is iets meer bestek/borden handig.

+Abbiamo scelto “La Casetta di Ely” per un soggiorno a Roma per i nostri genitori e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Si sono trovati davvero bene nell’appartamento, che ha reso il loro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Un particolare ringraziamento alla proprietaria, molto disponibile, gentile e attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, sempre pronta a venire incontro alle necessità dei clienti. “Fantaztyczna baza do zwiedzania Rzymu.”
+Idealna lokalizacja. 10 minut do dworca. 25 minut do Koloseum. Obok metro i świetne restauracje/ cukiernie. Sprawny proces zameldowania i wymeldowania. Przemiła obsługa.
−Apartament jest w podpiwniczeniu co powoduje; że jest dosyć mało światła. Specyficzny zapach pościeli i ręczników.

+Muy bien. Todo correcto. Buena ubicación. Cerca estación Termini. Metro Manzoni a 250 metros aproximadamente. Supermercado muy cercano. Coliseo a 20 minutos andando aproximadamente... Estuvimos 4 en familia, muy bien. Para dormir, ducharnos y poco más es suficiente. Con aire acondicionado y frigorífico. Muy buena comunicación con Alessandra. Muy amable...

“Super silent, very clean, close to metro”
+I was surprised, conpared to other earlier accomodations in Rome. Super silent apartman, in small street, minimal traffic. 100m the Manzoni metro station, 50m supermarket. Termini might be accessed (airport shuttle) within 15 mon by walk. Very well equipped, new furnitures, very clean, has a small terrace. Strong air condition in both kitchen and the room (independent), it has silence mode for night (but we have used only for cooling when we wasn't at home. For night we have turned off.) Fast wifi. We have spent here with my two 14-16 years old son a complete week. Nothing missed from kitchen, we have found everything easily. Sometimes I have to travel to Rome (business) again. 100%, that I will book again La Casetta di Ely :) Recommended, A+++++
