−Pool did not work on a really hot day in Los Angeles (prices were not favorable not having that amenity. The room floor was filthy , food crumbs on the floor, long piece of hair, dust dirt. Terrible! We moved rooms and it was smaller but better. AC was kinda weak. We brought in a fan to help circulate the air.

+Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.
−This hotel was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. Our original room, 127, had leaking faucets and a disgusting mildew smell that filled the entire room. We were moved to room 121, expecting the situation to improve. It somehow got worse. In room 121, the sink malfunctioned so badly that it began spraying water everywhere and damn near flooded the room. This is not a minor inconvenience. We were genuinely concerned about our belongings being damaged and the room flooding. We also repeatedly found bugs inside the room. The WiFi was unreliable and made it impossible for me to work, the TV did not work, and a light bulb went out during our stay. Basic things that should have been taken care of before renting the room were simply not taken care of. The property also had an extremely concerning amount of suspicious activity happening around it throughout our stay. There was so much going on that we did not feel comfortable or safe. I am not going to make accusations about specific individuals, but the environment was deeply concerning and absolutely not what anyone should expect when paying to stay at a hotel. +The location was the only good thing.
−The room was not good. The door lock was broken and only one channel available on the TV. We were moved to another room eventually which was worse than the first. The TV worked but this was little compensation. When the manager was first called about the door lock, he responded that we did not need to worry, he was keeping an eye on things. Unbelievable. Do not stay at this place. I intend to demand a refund.
+I was hoping to have a comfortable bed, nice furniture that wasn’t peeling and clean towels that didn’t look dingy. They don’t serve breakfast. They only serve a continental which is coffee, danish, and fruit. If I had more money with me, I would’ve went somewhere else.
