“Our little heaven in Ella”
+My mum and myself had the best time in La Casa Bella ! What can we say ? Our host Gayan and the rest of the team was amazing. We had a great arrival with coffee, Gayan drive us with the Tuktuk in fews places and stay with us all the long. He's really one of the nicest person we met in Sri Lanka. Then, the room is just so comfortable, super clean, modern, and really beautiful. In the morning, we had the best breakfast, it was so well presented, so good, and so much food ! ✨️ Gayan and the rest of the team is really doing everything to make you feel comfortable, at home, want to make your discover the surrounding of Ella, and it was just an amazing moment.
−Our only regret, is to book only 1 night there. We did that choice because we were scared that a place as tourists as Ella would not be the best for us, but at La Casa Bella!, in a quiet street, it was honestly the dream.

+Location was great. Room was nice and staff friendly.
−Bed was way too hard for me. Also It didn't specify cash payment was required and thats how I wanted to pay and ended up having to draw cash out at a high rate from a local machine.

+For me, everything about this property was perfect. Whether you are looking to go for the 9 arches bridge hike, or interested in exploring the restaurants, you’ll be able to comfortably walk to both places. The property is in the center of it all. I’d like to extend my thanks to Gayan and Mendis for their exceptional warmth and hospitality and for providing simple yet delicious breakfast. The room and bathroom were super clean and you will find yourself in a quiet area too.

“Immaculate room with amazing breakfast. The host family who run La Casa Bella are so kind and helpful.”
+The family who own the property were so lovely. The room was immaculate and the decorative touches were so beautiful. It was our honeymoon and the room was decorated with flowers which was really sweet. The breakfast was amazing and so tasty. The owner also arranged for us to go on safari to Yala national park and sorted drivers for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

“Central stay in Ella with very friendly hosts”
+The accomodation is located very central and you can reach many interesting places by walking (5 minutes to main street / city center with many shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to Nine Arches Bridge trailhead and 20 minutes to Little Adam's peak trailhead). The rooms and the outdoor area are very clean and beautifully designed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They prepared very good and beatifully arranged breakfast for us and also offer cost-effective laundry and tuktuk service.
−The communication in English was okay, but could be better.

+Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Bei fragen wurde einem gut weitergeholfen und selbst ein Roller konnten wir von der Unterkunft einfach und unkompliziert ausleihen. Die Lage ist super. Man ist Dank einem schnellen shortcut Fußweg, der einem vor Ort gezeigt wird, super schnell in der Hauptstraße mit alle Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten!
