+Private pool, garden, scenery with sea view, peaceful place, friendly owner always ready to help, cleaning every day, comfortable parking.
−No terrace shading - in the morning it is not comfortable to sit on the terrace which is oriented to the east. Missing breakfast nook in the room, therefore no possibility to prepare coffee or toast. The owner provided plates and butter knife on request though.

“Glorious stay with great hosts... and animals”
+On arrival we were given a very warm welcome from Roberto and Silvia who were brilliant hosts from start to finish with plenty of information on the area, car/bike hire, beaches. Any question was answered with useful tips. Fantastic location, very clean and quiet room. Molly (the dog) welcoming us at any time, which was a lovely touch to our day, as was the fruit left to use from Roberto and Silvia from the grounds trees, the personal touches were appreciated. The daily clean of the rooms was very helpful, especially after getting sandy at the beach! We came to the end of our stay very fulfilled with everything.
−Not so much a dislike, but we did not realise the road the guesthouse was on wasn't pedestrian friendly and not particularly safe to walk along to the town centre, therefore needed a motorbike to travel for the week, useful to go around different sites/beaches during our stay. This would not put us off in future, we were just unware.

+Io e mio marito abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa.Roberto il proprietario è una persona fantastica, è stato disponibilissimo in tutto,dal consigliarci spiagge ai ristoranti.Camera e bagno pulitissimi.I suoi due cagnoloni mancheranno tantissimo.Consiglio a tutti questo posto da sogno per una vacanza in tranquillità immersa nel verde e comodissimo x arrivare in centro.

+Roberto il numero uno,cordiale, socievole e disponibile. Sé potessi dare di più lo darei, ottima posizione, pulizia,a meno di un km dal centro,ampio parcheggio privato, piscina vista mare, aria condizionata,due frigo,ottima compagnia dei due cani,molto mansueti. Sicuramente sé torno a San Teodoro,questa sarà la mia meta.

+Si trova in una posizione super centrale e che permette in pochi minuti di raggiungere centro, spiagge e anche paesini limitrofi. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono persone stupende, super cordiali e sempre attente ad ogni esigenza, hanno reso il soggiorno fantastico. Il signor Roberto un vero professionista del settore. Dettaglio non da poco, la camera è parte della casa ed è unica, si è gli unici ospiti e questo rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole, un vero angolo di paradiso con una vista mozzafiato e una tranquillità che a fine vacanza vi farà rientrare con la voglia di tornare quanto prima.
