“Exceptionnal !”
+The hotel is just stunning ! Service was exceptionnal! People super kind ! Dog friendly! Rooms are beautiful and super clean! And full small attentions that are absolutely lovely!
−The prices of the beverages and the food are out of proportion! They should adjust a little to market standard.

“Good stay, but service needs some adjustments.”
+The room watching the sunset with a view to Piensa.
−Something doesn’t feel right in having to inform during the morning if you are going to have dinner, or the same with the breakfast that you have complete a form of what you are going to eat the next day, and each day and at what time. Staff needs more training on standard hotel management and services.

“Perfection in Tuscany”
+This stay exceeded every expectation we had. The service was exceptional, and our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and wonderfully comfortable. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast on our private covered terrace while taking in the breathtaking views. The infinity pool overlooking the valley was absolutely spectacular and became one of the highlights of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing or memorable experience.

+A place where you can truly forget about your everyday worries and completely relax. Amazing views and a heated pool make it even more special. Delicious breakfasts, served in a private area of the garden, were a highlight of our stay. The apartment was perfectly clean and stylish, with an exceptionally spacious bathroom. The service was outstanding - unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. Warm regards to the entire staff!
