+A charming traditional Kyoto townhouse with a unique atmosphere. It’s different from a modern hotel, but that’s part of its charm. The restaurant next door adds a lively touch, and I really enjoyed the delicious food there too. A big thank you to the staff for their incredibly warm and friendly service. I loved it!

−A very disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend it if you want to rest. Right from the start, we noticed the room was dirty and the lack of cleanliness was obvious. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all during our entire stay. The biggest issue was the noise: the walls are paper-thin and you can hear absolutely everything from the restaurant next door, as well as the constant street noise. Add an uncomfortable bed to the mix, and getting any sleep was almost impossible. I definitely would not stay here again.

+Bed and bathroom clean. They try to make something nice out of the place with some decoration. Heater worked well.
−Floor and sink not clean. No cleaning utensils such as sponge or a kitchen towel.

+京都観光で利用しました。 町家を改装したような雰囲気のある宿で、建物には少し古さがありますが、部屋はきれいにされていて快適に過ごせました。 立地も便利だったので、また京都に来る機会があれば利用したいです。

−Le lieu était sale. Les draps du lit étaient brun foncé d’une très mauvaise qualité. Les équipements vétuste. Pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain on as du se laver les dents dans l’évier de cuisine. Les casseroles était toutes sales au fonds. Le tapis de la sale de bain était brun aussi avec des long poiles. Je ne crois pas que ils les changent après passage d’un client. On rentre dans la « chambre » par la route derrière une porte vitrée. On dirait un garage.

+La situation géographique était très bonne. Au coeur des lieux à visiter, et à deux pas des transports en commun qd nécessité d'aller plus loin.

+Sehr schöne und authentische Unterkunft mit ausgezeichneter Lage! Man kommt von Gojo überall sehr gut hin. Beim Verlassen der Unterkunft steht man direkt an einem Bach was ich als sehr angenehm für den Start in den Tag empfand. Keine 2 min. Entfernt ist auch ein ausgezeichnetes und günstiges Badehaus. Ich komme gerne wieder!
−Die Fenster oder die Tür am Eingang scheint nicht gut isoliert zu sein weshalb es ohne Heizung nachts sehr kalt wird. Mit der Klimaanlage und dem Heitstrahler aber kein Problem. Leider waren öfter Touristen nachts vor dem Gebäude und haben sich laut unterhalten was durch die geringe Isolierung stark hörbar war.

+以前ドミトリーに宿泊して良かったので、今回はプライベートルームを利用しました。部屋は快適で静か、居心地も良く、スタッフも親切でした。外国人スタッフが対応してくれたため、英語でのコミュニケーションもでき、とても良い経験になりました。立地も京都観光どこへ行くにも便利で良かったです。機会があれば次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。
