“Great property with great people!”
+The location is only about a 10 min walk from the bus terminal. Tatsuya and all of the rest of the staff are so friendly. The room was very comfortable and the in room onsen was amazing. I opted for the half board dinner and breakfast an it was delicious. Everything here was great!

“Amazing hotel with great onsen experience”
+Everything was perfect. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes walking from the center of Kusatsu. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and they spoke English really well. The private onsen were also amazing. We got complementary drinks and some small gifts for after the onsen. The breakfast is really nice, the rooms are big and clean and the beds are very comfortable. We were sad that we only stayed for one night.

“Great place to stay, would book here again, but without the plinro”
+The staff where very friendly and the food was great! The 3 onsen private baths were also great to have within the hotel,
−We booked the triple C room because of the in-room onsen bath, the disappointing this is that we didn't realize it was just a bathtub which fits only one person at a time. So we paid extra but ended up using the private baths outside of our rooms. So no need to book the room with the attached onsen, unless you are traveling alome

“Amazing and relaxed ryokan”
+Amazing place to stay when in Kusatsu. Staff are awesome, the vibe is super relaxing, the facilities are awesome. The food was spectacular (we had breakfast every morning) and they cater to vegetarians.
−We stayed in the annex room and there were no blinds or curtains. The streetlight and early morning sun was annoying, when we were in bed.

+Room was great, private Onsen, spacious. Hotel has great facilities.
−Noise level. Walls must be paper thin and neighbours seemed to be arranging furniture often.

“Great location & place to stay!”
+We enjoyed our annex room with our own private Onsen bath. Everyone was very nice, helpful and spoke English. The meals were delicious.. We liked that the Eidaya was located away from the main part of Kusatsu. Highly recommend!
