+A lovely and tastefully decorated hotel. We were driving so the location was not an issue. It had a lovely vibe and staff were very friendly and helpful especially Cesar on the front desk.

“I enjoyed my stay ❤️”
+The property was beautiful. I really liked the vibe.
−The only thing I would say is the location. It was about six blocks from el centro and since I was traveling alone. I would’ve felt a little safer if it was a little closer.

“Nice”
+Very comfortable and nice design and concept, friendly staff as well.
−My only suggestion would be more flexibility around check-in times. Given the heat, it's genuinely difficult to spend time outside while waiting to check in.

“Designer rooms and overall good stay”
+Probably the "prettiest" room we stayed at as the design of the whole place is really nice. Beautiful room with all comforts: great aircon, good bed, nice windows, good shower and products, water pitcher and kitchen area with fridge and tables downstairs. They offer a limited but good breakfast with genius points which was handy given the location.
−My bad for not asking, but now a days it's very common to be able to leave suitcases on check out day. Well, here it's not possible to, even if unsupervised, so we had to take them to a hostel we had to reach by car and pay 10USD to leave them + the uber. Location is a 20min walk from the busier central areas, so while Merida is safe and the walk is totally fine, something to keep in mind.
