“Wish it could be longer”
+Well decorated, newly furnished, super cozy and super clean. The best value i have experienced in a one month travel in Bulgaria and Romania.
−Only thing is the stairs which can be hard for old people with luggage. But if one chooses to stay in an older building for the experience then there is understandably a trade-off.

“Central location, owner’s wife screamed at us and tried kicking us out when we asked how we could bring our luggage up 5”
+The room was clean and had a/c.
−The female property owner was screaming at us at the top of her lungs when we noted it being 5 stories high with no elevator. We couldn’t bring our suitcases up. The owner then tried to cancel our stay, yelling at us to go to a hotel if we didn’t like her place. It was a long weekend with no availability anywhere and the owner knew this, refused to let us come in despite us having paid our stay in full. The owner’s husband then came out, told her to stop screaming and to stop talking. He asked us if we wanted to stay and we said yes, we have no other option. The following day, he apologized for his wife’s behavior but the damage was already done. You don’t treat people this way, let alone paying customers. The shower had no water pressure, the rooms didn’t have a refrigerator and the only blanket in the room was paper thin and we were cold all night. The downstairs neighbor told the owner that it’s against the law to rent out their apartment in that building and then the female owner screamed at her to shut up. It seemed like the owner was screaming at everyone which is extremely unprofessional.

“No honesty or hospitality here, only misrepresentation and discomfort.”
+There really is NOTHING at KronSoul worth staying for when you can find better accommodations at the same price that provide soft sheets, functioning plumbing, coffee, and honest and attentive management - all things our other Romanian accommodations had that KronSoul did not. I regret that I chose KronSoul and that my friend got stuck staying here with me. We prefer to support locally owned, small establishments, but the owners ghosted us and there was too much to overlook to have a reasonably pleasant stay.
−My friend and I stayed for four nights in two rooms, and KronSoul was truly the only BAD experience I had during my time in Romania. The owners lied about my room having a washing machine and gave me no notice about the absent washing machine or any opportunity to change hotels. The washing machine, so that I could do my own laundry, is the main reason we booked rooms here. The three flights of stairs to get to the lobby are difficult to navigate and one section of the interior stairwell has an unsafe broken window. When you unlock and open the door to get to the third flight of stairs you are overwhelmed with a chemical deodorizing aerosol. The rooms appears clean at first but once turned on the in-room air conditioning units smell of mold and damp dust. The shower water pressure is poor and the showers back up so you shower in standing water. There are no top sheets on the beds so you sleep with scratchy duvet covers (not a sheet type cover but more like burlap) as your only option. There are no bedside lamps and you cannot turn on/off the room lights from anywhere except the one switch by the door. Once there, the owners disappear: no follow-up, no response, no clean towels, etc

“Csodálatos szállás, gyönyörű kilátással.”
+Sokkal jobb volt, mint amire számítottunk. A szállásra két emeletnyi lépcső vezet, felérve egy nagyon barátságos, otthonosan berendezett közös térből nyílnak a szobák. A mi szobánk egy fél emelettel feljebb volt, ahol viszont gyönyörű kilátás tárult elénk a hegyre és a Brassó feliratra. Pont akkora volt a szoba, mint amire szükségünk volt két éjszakára az alváshoz egy szép, tiszta fürdőszobával. Központi helyen voltunk, pár perc sétára reggeliző helyektől, éttermektől és a főtértől. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt és barátságos, megengedték azt is, hogy érkezéskor (szoba átvétel előtt) letegyük a táskánkat, illetve távozáskor is egész nap megőrizték nekünk, ameddig nem indult a repülőgépünk. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, csak ajánlani tudjuk.

“Locație perfectă, chiar în Piața Sfatului, cu o priveliște superbă!”
+Am avut o experiență minunată la KronSoul! Apartamentul este situat chiar în Piața Sfatului, cu o priveliște superbă asupra centrului istoric al Brașovului. Locația este perfectă, iar în același timp foarte liniștită, ceea ce face șederea extrem de plăcută. Totul este curat, aranjat cu bun gust și foarte cozy, iar atenția la detalii se simte peste tot. Gazdele sunt excepționale - amabile, primitoare și mereu disponibile să ajute. Cu siguranță voi reveni și recomand cu drag această cazare oricui vrea să se bucure de farmecul Brașovului din inima orașului!
−Cu parcare e o idee mai dificil, dar se găsesc soluții…
