“It was a pleasant stay at KOZZY BnB. The only concern was that the road-facing room was slightly dusty and could have be”
+The location of KOZZY BnB is very convenient and good. It is well situated, making it easy to access nearby places and travel around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only area for improvement was the road-facing room, which was slightly dusty and could have been cleaner. Apart from that, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay.
−We booked two rooms. One room was very clean and well-maintained, with no dust at all. However, the road-facing room was slightly dusty and could have been cleaner.

“Very good”
+It's a descent hotel in the given price range. Toiletries could have been better and the room service was a little slow but well served.

“Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay at Kozzy B&B, Amritsar”
+On request, Kozzy B&B arranged a driver for local sight seeing and luckily it was a pleasure of traveling with Jatinder Singh I must say, Jatindeer was an absolute delight to have around! Not only was he a professional and courteous driver, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the day. He stayed with us from start to finish, acting as both our driver and tour guide, and was always happy to answer our questions and provide insights about the places we visited. One thing that truly impressed me was Jatinder's lack of pushiness. He never tried to upsell or promote anything that might have benefited him personally, which is a rare quality in a driver. His sole focus was on providing us with an exceptional experience. The car, a clean and comfortable Swift Dezire, was also a bonus. Jatindeer took great care to ensure that we had a smooth and enjoyable ride throughout the day. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy driver in Amritsar, I would strongly recommend Jatindeer Singh. He's a true gem, and his contact details are: Name: Jatinder Singh Mobile: +91 7986048361
−I'm writing this review with a mix of disappointment and frustration after my recent stay at Kozzy B&B in Amritsar. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that made my stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. From the moment I arrived, I was expecting some assistance with my baggage. However, no one came to help me with my luggage, and I had to ask for assistance. Even then, the staff seemed reluctant to help, and the person who eventually assisted me had to carry my bags from the reception area all the way to the room, as there is no lift in the hotel. Things only got worse from there. During check-in, I was asked to pay the full amount upfront, which is unusual and inconvenient. Typically, one would expect to pay the balance during check-out. But the most shocking and disheartening experience was when I opened one of the bedside drawers and found a couple of used condom packets inside. I was appalled and disturbed by this discovery, especially since I was staying with my family. I couldn't even check out immediately, as I had already paid in full, and I didn't want to make a scene in front of my family. To add to my frustration, I requested a kettle at the reception
