+The location is excellent! There is a metro station, a tram stop and a shopping centre nearby, making it very convenient to reach all the main attractions. The room was clean, and the shower and toilet were also very clean. The room was cleaned during the day. A hairdryer was available, which was very convenient. There is also a shared kitchen and dining area with tables, a sofa, a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. There is a fridge and a washing machine as well, although I’m not sure if they are available for all guests to use. There is a Korean restaurant nearby, and we were given a voucher for a free lunch. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use it because we spent our days exploring Prague from morning until late evening. We’ll definitely try it next time! 😊 Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the hostel!
−Overall, there wasn’t anything I particularly disliked. However, I felt a little uncomfortable when a male cleaner entered the women’s dorm room without knocking on the first day. Fortunately, the cleaning was done when we were not in the room afterwards. It would also be great to have small reading lights by each bed, so guests wouldn’t need to use the main light and disturb others. Bed curtains would be another nice addition, providing more privacy for guests. These small improvements would make the stay even more comfortable.

“kind-hearted people”
+The location is great!! As for the rooms - well, they are shared dorms, not private rooms with a Jacuzzi😅, but considering that, it was really pleasant. The lady who checked me in was very kind; she explained everything perfectly. The gentleman who handled my check-out was also very nice! He asked about my stay, where I was from etc., and so on - a genuinely pleasant, quick chat. They seem like kind-hearted people, which is very important. I also received a voucher for a meal, and I had some delicious Asian food. Furthermore, I’d like to mention that the atmosphere and the style of the place are fantastic. If I ever return to Prague, I think I’ll stay here again!

+Location was good. The staff's behaviour was very warm and good. Appreciate that really.
−We had booked a private room. They did not provide even an electric kettle. That is a huge facility issue. It is important to have at least an electric kettle in a room. Especially a private room. The common area was far and just too difficult to go for a simple cup of coffee.

−3 gün sıcak su yoktu. Günlük yemek fişi verdiler ama sıcak su ihtiyacına karlılık gelmiyor tabiki.

−체크인이나 체크아웃할 때 기다려야 했던 게 불편. 숙소에 짐을 보관할 수 있는 락커가 없어서 짐을 두고 나가는게 살짝 불안함
