+I spent 3 nights at the hotel, starting from the 25th. The location is excellent,close to all the transport stations,and the neighborhood is wonderful and very safe, featuring many small shops, cafés, and a variety of restaurants; the local residents are also friendly and close to cathedral and most tourists sites. The room was good and clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were all very helpful and kind. The only negative is the noise; you can clearly hear the neighbors in the beside room, as the only thing separating the 2 rooms is a door ! If you happen to have scumbags neighbors,as I did,it becomes extremely bothersome. Furthermore, the reception closes at 10:00 PM! What happens if something goes wrong?

“Good but Hard to Store Luggage”
+Room was larger than expected and location was near a lot of different food options and the main train station
−Everything was fine until check out. When I checked in I stated I would need to store my luggage the next day when I would be checking out. The man told me check out would be at 11 but reception would not open until noon. I expressed I wanted to store my luggage so what would I do for that hour and eventually he said someone would be there when I check out at 11 to store my luggage. In the morning, at 11 o'clock, I found that the reception was closed and no one was there. I messaged the hotel and they responded quickly but said no one would be there until noon. I explained the situation and they offered for me to leave my luggage in my room and that they would bring it down later. This was nice of them to offer however I had already dropped off my room key so I couldn't get back into my room. Eventually I just said I would be back at noon to store my luggage and they said that was fine. Showed up at 12:10 and a man was there but just told me "10 minutes" and kept flashing his hands at me telling him I needed to wait 10 more minutes. I was confused and he didn't say why, but I think it was because the actual receptionist was late. At 12:20 the receptionist showed up and was confused

+The staff was nice and the room was good, also the location is great because it's close to the station.
−The shower temperature was either freezing cold or very hot, no in between. Our sheets weren't changed but they did give us a fresh set of towels every day.

“War fast in ganz Europa-aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.”
+Das Bett war in Ordnung.
−In der gesamten Nacht im Zimmer über mir Lärm und laute Gespräche. Es klang so,als würde dort in der Nacht renoviert. Auch nach mehrmaligen Rufen von mir keine Veränderung. Es war unmöglich,dort zu schlafen. Am nächsten die Ruhestörer auf der Straße gesehjen-sah nach Schwarzarbeit aus, osteuropäischer Herkunft.

+Die Lage ist vortrefflich.
−Das Gemeinschaftsbad auf halber Treppe ist wenig komfortabel. Einrichtung war zweckmäßig.
