+Lovely staff. Super warm and welcoming. Room was big, spotless and with sea view and balcony. Perfect location to both beaches and a short walk to town.

+AC worked great. The staff were very lovely; when I wanted to have a look at another room with a balcony, they gave me the room for the same price.
−Sometimes the water pump for the shower kept turning off so there was no pressure or hot water. But when i asked about it, they fixed it asap

“Location Rooms Host can’t be beaten”
+We have been to this area before and a place between the 2 beaches is the only way to go and Kolition Villa is perfect! The extra bonus is the SurfNSpice restaurant across the road which is excellent..
−Nothing at all

“The best place to stay”
+Suri and his family are the best hosts. Really kind, nice vibe, so friendly and very helpful. We stayed in the Kings suite which was absolutely lovely, with an ocean view, a private balcony and monkeys in all the trees around. The room is beautiful. Good beds. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Dickwella beach, which is the best beach when you are travelling with children. No big waves and a paradise beach. Highly recommendable.
−I liked everything.

“Can 100% recommend this place :)”
+Beautiful old house with interesting architecture. Perfectly located between the two beaches in Dikwella. Super friendly host, who helped us with tips for the area, a medical issue and organizing a driver!
