“I NEED A REFUND!!!!!”
+It was close to my job
−The hotel was horrible. I, actually, checked out the first night and stayed at a different hotel the rest of the week. I need to be refunded my money because this was unacceptable.

“Will not be returning”
+The staff was friendly
−The building where the rooms were was dirty, and ill kempt. The doors were all stained, all the metal stairs had paint peeling to the point of cutting your hands. The first room I went too was dirty, AC did not work all the lights had been unplugged, and the walls and fridge were splattered with I do t know what. The back side of room had no parking other than grass and that is the way I was directed. The rooms had no ice bucket, the bath towels were the size of had towels.

“Beware”
+The price
−The pillows were flat. The plugs were loose and won't hold our chargers. Towels were thin. Had to take lid off, toilet in order to flush. Asked for an extra pillow and was told no. You could read through the coffee, it was so watered down.

“Our stay was not pleasant”
+Wasn't told there was breakfast when checking in.
−The fact that the pictures you portray on your web site were very nice and our room was disgusting, half the electric plugs didn't work. We had to walk across the grass a ways to our room dodging the piles of dog poop.

“The worst hotel you can stay”
+Anything
−The room full of dust, bed bugs, the dirty and old rug, the smell of cigarettes smoke and weed in the room, the walls with huge holes, the bathroom door all rusty and didn’t close, mirror almost falling… I had to book and go to other hotel because in that condition with no sanitize you can stay. The most incredible thing is that even I didn’t stay in that hotel for 3 minutes… they charged me the stay. And booking don’t do anything to protect the customer, that is me and I trusted in the pictures of the rooms that they show in the booking website (anything to do with the real room, I attached pictures). The owner a nasty person also that didn’t want to give me the money back. A complete stress for me, horrible situation.
