+The suites are brand new, minimalistically and tastefully furnished. Freshly refurbished, with some elements of the original building preserved which is great. Convenient self check-in. The owners helped out with everything - thank you! Our suite had a big bedroom and bathroom, a separate small lounge with a coffee machine and a fridge, and a small balcony. There's also a shared lounge with another small balcony.
−Wifi didn't work in the bedroom. As mentioned in other reviews, for some reason there were mosquitos in the lounge, beats me why - there are mosquito nets installed. Our room (Room 2) was overlooking a side street so there was some traffic noise, but not too bad.

“Excellent stay and amazing service!”
+Luxury boutique apartment with excellent style! Comfortable bed, memory foam pillows, spacious room, very friendly host, excellent location and price for the quality you receive.
−A problem with mosquitoes in the room and hallway. Not sure why so many. Other than this, it was perfect and I would still return again!

+Overall, we were very happy with the accommodations. The interior was beautiful, new, and clean, with plenty of space. Communication with the host was also very pleasant.
−"Even though we basically never opened the windows (with mosquito nets), we still had so many mosquitoes inside! So just be prepared for that :D Not the host's fault though

“Perfect accommodation in Catania!”
+Very spacious, modern and clean! It was also convenient that it is not very central because there was off street parking right in front of the apartment, which was handy for carrying the luggage. The host was super communicative and available for any questions and check in was straightforward.
